The building itself is 240 sq.m of covered area and an additional 23 sq.m of uncovered verandas and consists of a large open space living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 inside the main building and one in the backyard), 1 garage and 1 extra covered parking space.

Since then, the vines were replaced by apple trees, pear trees, plum trees, cherry trees, fig trees, pomegranate trees, walnut trees, almond trees, and 36 olive trees which can provide olive oil to use throughout the year.
It has been our family summer holiday residence and this is the first time it will be rented.
