To the West and a short drive away, you will find the charming resorts of Polis and Latchi which boast a great variety of shopping, culinary and entertainment choices, from mini markets, fish/local taverns and contemporary restaurants to Irish and local Beach bars. For those who opt for a more organic experience, the village of Pomos to the east, offers alternative options across the board.

The property has its own private, heated pool sized at 30 x 23 ft and 3-6 ft depth. It is surrounded by a mix of pebbles and wooden deck, in the center of spectacular Mediterranean gardens with exotic, Asian touches.
A large pergola / patio overlooks the swimming pool and hosts a spacious dining table for 8 and a pool table for added value. The small hanging bridge crossing the pool connects the patio area with the barbeque area, which is literally a few steps away.

Inside the villa, the ground floor living area is spacious and elegant, with large windows and patio doors which tease the eye and flood the space with bright, natural light. As you enter, you will find a fabulous lounge with seating and the bespoke dining. There is additional, casual seating with comfy sofas to enjoy a flat screen TV. The open plan kitchen is sleek, and fully equipped with high quality appliances and is next to a casual, secondary dining space with table and chairs.

All 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor. There is 1 double bedroom with access on 2 sides to the shared balcony with magnificent views of Akamas National Park towards the sea. The twin bedroom also has access to this balcony. These 2 bedrooms share a separate bathroom. The remaining bedroom is a double with an en suite shower room and access to the balcony. The WC is located on the ground floor.

The area offers a vast array of options for family fun, entertaining and relaxing. The beachline from Pomos Village all the way to Afrodite’s Baths in the Akamas National Park, is loaded with both organized and secluded beaches, primarily pebble beaches with crystal clear waters. For the fitter, a walk into the nature trails of the Akamas reserve is highly recommended. For the more adventurous, a boat hire from Latchi and a sea trip to the magnificent blue lagoon. There is horse riding in Lysos on the foothills of the Paphos mountains and go-carting on the outskirts of Polis. The broader Paphos area is also home to a number of monasteries which are full of history. Needless to stay, a car hire is highly recommended to enjoy what is a truly diverse, amazing area blessed with beautiful nature, tradition, local tastes and customs.
